Carclaimer Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a free eligibility checking service for car finance mis-selling claims. We are a lead generation service, not a Claims Management Company (CMC). We do not handle claims directly.

If you are found to have potentially eligible car finance agreements, we may connect you with an FCA-authorised or SRA-regulated partner firm who can pursue a claim on your behalf. Any engagement with a partner firm will be subject to that firm's own terms and conditions.

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a UK resident or have had UK car finance
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Have the authority to consent to a soft credit check on your own behalf

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to access other users' data or our internal systems

Our eligibility check involves a soft credit search. This will not affect your credit score and is only visible to you on your credit report. The check is performed by our third-party credit reference partner.

The results of the eligibility check are indicative only. They do not constitute a guarantee that you will receive compensation. The actual outcome of any claim depends on the specific circumstances of your finance agreement.

Our partner firms operate on a No Win, No Fee basis. This means you will not be charged if your claim is unsuccessful. If your claim is successful, the partner firm will charge a fee, which is typically a percentage of the compensation received. The exact fee structure will be communicated to you by the partner firm before you agree to proceed.

We provide the eligibility checking service “as is” and make no warranties regarding the accuracy of results, the outcome of any claim, or the availability of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or performance of our partner firms. Your engagement with a partner firm is a separate contractual relationship.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Carclaimer Ltd and is protected by UK intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may withdraw from our service at any time by contacting us at support@carclaimer.co.uk. If you have already been connected with a partner firm, you will need to contact them separately regarding their own cancellation terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
